A smile looks attractive because of white teeth. The outer white portion of the tooth is called the crown. The rest of the tooth is hidden below the gum line and is called root. The root contains a chamber called pulp. This contains blood vessels, nerves and connective tissue. The tooth is supported by a tissue called periodontium.

But are you saying that an open smile is more attractive than a closed smile? You are discriminating against poeple who prefer to conduct a simple closed mouth smile whilst communicating on a daily bases!
