There, all fixed. It's not good, but I'm happy with the results. Anyway. Lisa is saying: C4H8O + C4H9OH -----> C4H7O2C4H9 + H2O. And Bart doesn't understand one bit of what she is saying...

Hehe! Hey not too bad man. I know this is going to sound cleché'd to everyone but, reminds me of my older drawings... My advice is simply keep putting pencil to paper, listen to the critiques, dont be afraid of showing off your work. Try copying images from drawing guides, or peices of art from impressive artists, or even grab-pics. They embed things like size and proportionality, placement, and remind you to not to shave Lisa's eye lashes off. But at the same time, draw your own idea's. You can always go back to them when you feel you could improve them. I'll point out a few of the easiest problems to solve; - Lisa's eye lashes. There should be 4 on each eye - Barts hair should slightly curve upwards - Draw the limbs bigger and more rounded. Chubby limbs are easier to correct than skinny ones. Other than that, nice one! Keep at it. (Gotta love those HydroCarbons!)

A drawing I've been working on for a while... Okay I'm lying it took no more no less than one hour to make it... Let me introduce you to the newest Simpson kid: James (the tall one). You all know Eric. And The usual: Lisa, Bart and Maggie. Once again, It's not good, but I'm happy with the results.

El_BartoOne nitpick - unless it was intentional, James is playing the guitar left handed. A lot of artists make this mistake, even though it can easily be salvaged. It's the reason why a lot of guitarists are left-handed in amateur pictures.

GeorgeHarrisonYes, it was my intention to draw James playing the guitar left handed, because he's left handed... And so needs to play the guitar that way... Anyway, it was my intention

El_BartoLisa_and_Bart_Chemistry*ROFL* at Bart's reaction Made me laugh out loud. Funny and nice idea, I like this drawing. There are certain mistakes with proportions, but if you keep drawing, they will go away in no time. Simpson_KidsWow, a complex drawing with good plot... No idea where quite grownup James came from *imagines Marge's surprise *, but all kids turned out rather nicely on this picture, even Eric. Of course, Lisa looks the best, in that hat and with her sax. The same remark about proportions applies, but this pic seems to better technically than the first one. For some reason, the style remind me of Casper's. Good job, please keep drawing!

El_Barto"Simpson Kids" is a very good picture. You're progressing, keep it up! My 2 personal nitpicks: 1) They're standing in a row, it could be better, if you'll add more depth somehow, arrange them in a different way. 2) Please, please, could you make your future pics weight less kilobytes? You're draw not bad at all, I love the look you give to their faces and the fact you're not afraid to draw more than one character. Nice work!

El_BartoPoor Lisa... I liked your previous picture more, it's not because of the mood, but because it was... more "compact" maybe? Here, Lisa is just a little part of the drawing, which is much bigger than my screen resolution, so I have to zoom it out to see whole picture, and small details like Lisa's sax become hard to distinguish then. I like the idea of this drawing though. Don't take my words hard please someone else might think different.

My first drawing this week, it isn't very good, because I was like: study, study, study, test, test, test, and if I'm lucky, I won't get any bad grades... but anyway, the pic is kinda cool . So, this pic is simply James walking along with Lisa and Allison or at least what looks like to be Allison..., and James is looking a little... I don't know, annoyed? Use your imagination. Maybe he's annoyed because Lisa is saying good stuff about him and he thinks she is exagerating, anyway, that university behind them is a new university, built after Quimby lost the elections to Barney, at least in that reality... Enough talking, I'll let you judge it. Enjoy. P.S.: This is probably my last drawing until my birthday. [img=http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/4381/springfielduniversityvz0.th.jpg]

Pretty Good stuff there El Barto! I like the new charater James. Lisa's spikes seem a little big and she seems to have too few though. I do like the clothes that you put Allison in though and the backpacks you have drawn are ace! I can never draw backpacks.

LISA: I can't believe I'm going to the university to leave social hierarchy behind me! El_Barto, nice drawing, if only a bit heavy (again...) But you did a nice job with the characters. Lisa looks pretty good in that hat. James doesn't look as excited though My only con-crit: please resize the picture before linking to it. 1700x2300 is just too much, unless you have thousand of characters on a pic. 1000 pixels width is enough for pencil drawings. Aside from that, I like your latest picture. Keep drawing!

She better be off looking for the seven Chaos Emeralds then. Will Bart look like Tails. While the Hands/Feet look pretty small/thin, the rest is pretty decent.

Wheeee, another pic... Listening to music while in bed gives me some sort of inspiration and it came out this way. I have more ideas but they'll have to wait 'till my birthday Anyway, here it is... P.S.: It's a bit less heavy this time P.S.S.: The arrows aren't sticking out anymore, it might seem they are, but they aren't sticking out

El_BartoNice one! I love the way you've done the details - her boots, gloves, hat... She's kinda shy here to be Robin Hood, but actually this role fits Lisa good - she can perform justice My only nitpick - shouldn't her arrows be reversed -positioned with their points inside the quiver, not sticking out? I thought it usually so.

Okay, I know it's a little early, but since Valentines Day is coming up, I drew this. It took me three hours to draw it, because, eveytime I tried to draw Lisa's hair it came out wrong. I drew her hair like 10 times or more and this was the best. Well, enough talk, enjoy it

El_Barto She looks very thin, almost like she was ill for a long time, and her left wing is way bigger than right one. But still, I like this picture. It seems that you have adorable style and special feelings for Lisa, nice to see that. Oh, and I like the big rising sun. Keep it up, please, it's a pleasure to see your cheerful pictures!

El_BartoFisrt, I want to bring my excuses for not commenting your gallery. That one is Lisa-dedicatred in the best way surely. It's very pleasant to see such one place where the artist adores our little girl Lol at the "Chemistry", I understand Bart here perfectly Sometimes Lisa tends to saying things the others really can't bring out. But favourite is "Simpson kidz", it has much characters quite good drawn and Lisa's playing the sax here very believable. I like her outfit "The Moaning Lisa" and "Valentine's Lisa" is very emotional, it's nice to see those pictures when you're in the proper mood though... And Lisa Hood is interesting, contains again well-worked clothes details and very pleasant Lisa-s expression. I like your gallery.

El_BartoWow how did I miss this thread. Anyway I love your style even though there are some slight problems with proportions I still love each picture. Lisa still looks very cute and the emotions coming from each drawing are brilliant. I very much like the hats you are drawing on Lisa they make her look adorable. The overbites are just slightly mis-shaped for my taste but other than that the drawings are excellent. Please do continue drawing P.S I love your avatar

Sadly., I have been SOOOOO busy these last few weeks I have not had a chance to pop in and I totally missed this tread. Loving your work here, as others said, a couple of minor mistakes but your style captures the mood perfectly. I LOVE the chemistry one, a simple drawing but a funny one. Definately hoping to see a lot more

El_BartoLike both pictures, the second one especially. The first one features nice idea though, you reproduced her expression very well, to my opinion... I just hope she won't shoot at Milhouse holding an apple in his mouth Good job with this drawing, there are not too much mistakes. You should it color someday, I'm sure it will turn out great. The second picture makes me smile and melt. She's adorable!

Okay... What to say about this one...? Well, I guess this one as something to do about me, I'm trying to make peace with someone, but he/she doesn't care... I think this drawing has a lot of meanings and for me that is the right one... I was going to put a little part of the lyrics from the song Away From the Sun by Three Doors Down, but I ended up putting this... I know, it's a little bad drawn, but I really wasn't in the mood of drawing something... Anyway, try to enjoy it...
