Step 1 Open your draw! (download the first image)
Step 2 Your drawing must be clean… between lines less false you draw better…. (image the second image)
Step 3 It creates a new “Layer”… the layers are transparent leaves in which you can draw without interacting with other elements…. it is important that you do it…. (now the three)

That's an excellent tutorial, Gustavo! And a very clever one, I never imagined that you can achieve such an "airbrush-like" coloration with basically a few rough brush strokes. And I also like the way how you included the music into the process. My WinAmp is basically running all the time when I'm at the computer, and it surely keeps my sanity sometimes. And - needless to say - Lisa look soooooooo adorable! (where is the smiley?)

The tutorial is very interesting... like Andreas said, it's surprising to know that very impressive shading can be achieved with several color halftones and a Blur tool. I should try that someday but one thing bugs me, how you're going to erase those spots of color which have been left outside Lisa's hair? It won't be easy because, well, you have to follow the shape of her head... or maybe that's not related to this tutorial? I'm just a bit confused...

@ Dagdamor… the following steps will be able to clarify the doubts….
step 1: line of light uses a color very clear to draw up one….
step 2: clearer other line
step 3 another clearer line
(download the file “colour 2 as guide”….)

step 8: to clean the drawing…. memory to use to eraser tool in the active layer of the color… the drawing when being in different layers will be able to erase single the color and not them lines (background)

step 13: to create effects in the eyes is very simple… 2 gray scales and the use of “blur” tool step 14: the final result… depends on your creativity… PS: I add cases out of the drawing… in case you want to unload it… Luck. if you have doubts… it writes…

I second it's an interesting and useful tutorial. Thanks Gustavo! I will color one more pic with my old "technique" (if that shameful process can be called so), then I'm going to try this one. It looks simple and good at the same time... a perfect combination thanks again!
