Today was queensday in the Netherlands and it's the one day in the year when everyone goes out to try and sell their old crap on the streets. And between all the heaps of books, vinyl records, books and other stuff, I found a Simpsons jigsaw puzzle for only 2 bucks! Big Grin

Maybe there are other members who have Simpsons stuff they want to share?

Aww they all look so cute and Maggie looks like a starfish.
I don't have any personal pictures to show but I used to have figures like these:
http://www.spawntoys.com/images/simpson.family.couch.jpg

Now they are all sold.

EDIT: I also have the quote poster.

Well, personally, I don't like merchandise that doesn't serve a purpose (such as figures etc.), but of course, I do have some stuff as well. There's one Simpsons poster I bought, and I made another one myself, out of one of my grabpics. Here's another one I made myself, and that pic also shows my magnet notice board, featuring Bart. I replaced the latter poster for this one, though, which is a print of one of Jake Lennington's pics. I printed it on glossy paper, and framed it, because it's a really beautiful picture. Smile

A friend of mine sent me a signed copy of the only Lisa comic that was ever made as birthday present, which I also framed and put it on my wall. Smile I also have a Lisa mousepad, another mousepad and some Simpsons pillows. Finally, I have the official episode guide and some other Simpsons books, such as the family album, the Guide to Springfield etc.

This is a great idea for a thread! *Gives Lisa cookie*

I must say, I'm VERY envious about Andreas' collection, especialy the mouse mat! And the pillows! Big Grin
I love the jig-saw too, very neat. Smile

My collection is by no means vast. I have a few things I dont have pictures of... yet. However, I will show you my old bedroom wallpaper, here and here. Most of the pictures where mine, but some of them where others with I loved that much I made my own versions, which where truly dreadfull in comparison. Tongue The other wall was a Simpsons quote poster which was damaged, so I cut out the characters and laminated them together, and stuck them up. The two pictures on either side where free from the official Simpsons comic book.

I'll edit my post if I manage to take a picture of my Bart Simpson chocolate tin (now holds pencil crayons), and Simpsons office style folders.

Heh, really? I stumbled upon the Lisa mousepad in the local WalMart and got it for 5 ? or so, and the pillows were on sale for 3 ? each at the local Lidl supermarket a while ago. Smile I'd like to have that Simpsons quotes poster, or at least I'd like to read the quotes. Does anyone have a higher resolution of that one?

Hehe, I know that this thread is gonna make me very jealous as I am rather attached to merchandise, and as Andrea's has mentioned, especially if it serves a purpose...

I don't have A HUGE collection of merchandise though, just loads of random posters I might put up on my wall sometime, and DVDS seasons 2 - 8, and other random Christmas and Halloween ones...

Though, my fav/largest piece of merchandise I have, is my Blinkie water dispenser I got a few years back after winning Star Prize in The Simpson comics (UK issue 99) Tongue

However I don't have any photos YET, but I can get all my merchandise together and take a pic of it sometime later today during my revision break  Gigi

EDIT: okay after having a look around my room and the house,..turns out I have more than I thought I had Tongue
I took a few pics and I have quite a big collection of Simpson books, and random objects, even a few pencil cases and a Lisa notepad Gigi

Please excuse the bad quality and state of my carpet Tongue (p.s: the only thing I think I'm missing are my posters and 2 simpson board games Big Grin)

Oh wow Rachel you won the Blinky water dispenser? Awesome!

I'm not gonna take photos of the stuff I own because there's too much of it and I only have my webcam right now to take photos anyway, so here's a few of my favourite things I own:

http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w3/sukaihan2/145712.jpg
A clock I got as a valentine's day present. :3 Currently not working though, heh.

http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w3/sukaihan2/152101.jpg
Another clock.  Bought because it's awesome on too many levels.

http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w3/sukaihan2/145737.jpg
http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w3/sukaihan2/145921.jpg
And some big stickers my mother recently decided to put up onto my wall for some reason. She also put some on the kitchen and bathroom walls, which I can't take pictures of since my camera doesn't work.

I'm reading your posts and my heart is burning with envy!
Living on the opposite side of the Earth from the Simpsons, it's not easy to find something decent... usually, I buy everything Simpsonic I see, mostly it's a cheap chinese crap. The only good things in my collection so far are:
- Three books ("The Ultimate Simpsons (3 in 1)", "Bart's Guide To Life" and "The Simpsons as Philosophy");
- DVD Seasons 1-5;
- Simpsons Puzzle (attached the image).
Sounds more than humble, but that's not my fault Sad

So that was you! I thought those pics looked familiar, I remember them from the old Just D'oh It site.

From the pervious statement, I do indeed collect the comics, I havent really been concentrating on buying them monthly these days, but I do have about 100 or so across all the UK series's.

I've got all nine DVD's and I plan on getting season 10 on import (cheaper), I have Marge and Maggie WOS figures, and of course, Road Rage and Hit and Run, and a couple of Simpsons keyrings (one Homer, one Maggie)

I dont go all out to collect Simps-a-crap, but if there's something I find that I want, I'll buy it. (Duh Tongue)

I haven't got anything apart from some of the DVDs.   I never really got into the whole merchandise thing, I keep spending my money on other stuff, guitars and suchlike...
Serge's jigsaw was a nice surprise, I never expected Seurat inspired OFF merchandise!
And I'd just like to go off-topic for a minute to say kudos to the Dutch for Queensday, what a great idea, it should be introduced worldwide!

That's mainly because of where you (and I and many others) live. They sell next to no Simpsons merchandise here in the Netherlands. The show isn't as big and popular here as it is in the USA and that's probably why there isn't much Simpsons merchandise for sale here either. Sad

Anyway, that's one impressive collection you got there, SH!

I have a little addition to my collection, too... pirated yet still very nice-covered DVD with a collection of Simpsons episodes. Judging on the previews/reviews on the cover, the DVD has episodes both from Season 3 and Season 15. Weird.

I myself don't have much of simpsonic staff - only "Classic quotes" poster, time-table with Bart, notepad and couple of copybooks with Bart and Homer. But I don't think I need something more - maybe only nice doll of Lisa or Ralph to hug them when sleeping Tongue
