Come in and have a look around! There you can find my several pictures drawing in "semi-Groening" style. Yes you are right, style name involve the "semi-" part. I think, It will be clear to understand why I use that definition, if you look at my pencil drawing. Characters draw like "The Simpsons" or "Futurama" characters, but there are some differences: for example fingers count and etc. Nevertheless, I'd like to introduce the main characters of my pictures to you. They are Sam (hmm.. He looks like me, similar name... Yeap, He is "Me the Alternative" ), and his partner - Mira.

I told this before, I tell this again - your style is very good! It's clean and looks professional. Nice characters, too especially Mira. Keep up drawing, this looks great! I'm still thinking that ant is trying to kiss you on the second pic. :-P

Ouh cool! As Dag said, the lines are very clean and pleasing to the eye. Compairing picture to picture, you have the characters drawn very consistantly. Kudos! I hope to see more of this work

Oh, those re very nice. More than Simpsons style, it looks like what you mastered here is Futurama's style, more than simpsons (although yeah, it's still Groening ;p) I really like the third one, funny pic that, with some nice postures! The characters are immediately likeable: Sam looks very nice, the usual "teen hero", and Mira is very pretty: she remembers me of a cross between Jessica Lovejoy and Leela. You sure have a good grasp of anatomy already, and it seems like you dont have problems in drawing a bit of everything (both in stuff and poses). As i said before, your style is extremely likeable I hope to see more from you in the future!

Nice technique, though I'm only just getting over the shock of five-fingered characters! I can definitely see echoes of Futurama in your drawings and they've got a clean, professional look to them. Impressive stuff!

SamuSHe, She, the Moon and AK-74. Aww.. How romantic... *LOL* The picture is very well done, and the scene is peaceful. It's nice to see that that couple made things up eventually, should I congratulate you as well? Anyway, great job once again!

The "looking at moon" Picture is pretty romantic, despite the killing machine that is the AK Very good feeling throughout, and i always think that drawing characters from the back is a new challenge for an artist. you pulled it off very well! About the monument... i have a slight remembrance of what the original might look like, but i cant remember it well enough... any hint? :P The poses are both nice... as the other, nice anatomy. Very Futurama-esque. Ever considered about making grabpics out of these?

SamuSThe picture is nicely done as always. As a parody, it's simply great (I like the new statue "attributes"). Can't say much more about it... the idea is good, but I'm starting to miss the colored drawings of yours. Maybe you will consider posting your old pictures here? There were some really good pieces of art, I'm sure people will appreciate it. SimpRealIt's officially called "A worker and a collective farmer woman"... it was built in attempt to smoothen the shame of the Great Patriotic War when about 60 million of russians died defending from 10 million of fascists. *sigh* Our history is bloody...

Being asked by Dagdamor to draw Lisa in any subject... I really don't know how to comment this picture. From my point of view it is weird mixture of foreign topics, but it seems that Dagdamor was satisfied. If you don't know Russian (How?? You are up to now don't know Russian??? Ok, ok, just kidding) Lisa at the picture says: And we need 10 powered by 11... no, by 12 of Plutonium!...

SamuS ...Wow...
That was the first thing I thought when I saw this picture. SamuS, I joined awhile after you made your last post here, so I don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting you. But let me just say, this picture is incredible. Maybe I'm overdoing it, simply because I haven't seen your drawing style, but I am honestly very impressed by this. Lisa looks great, the environment is well done (I love little things artists add that you might not notice at first... and the crown jewel of these in your drawing is Serge's picture on the desk!).
Bravo, bravo. I think I speak for all of us when I say I hope you plan on drawing more.

Man, that is awesome. While Lisa herself is well drawn, I like the attention to detail in the environment, like the rubbing effect on the blackboard when it's been used, though genius is spelt wrong on it. Evil Genius plan huh? I hope that's the result of some sort of corruption, probably from Mini Kang/Kodos. And the bin resembles the old Recycle Bin on Windows and the print outs go directly into it, and of course the Biohazard logo on the beaker of flowers. * Gazmanafc adds into avatar rotation

Thanks for interesting comments, friends! If you are interested, there are some my other semi-Groening artworks: 1. Amy2. miss Rayne3. flying kiss4. remarks of naturalist5. system administrator6. Heroes of TamrielCargoOfDarknessMay be in Taiwanese "SamuS" is a really female name. But in Russian it is not the name at all. SamuS = Sam (american version of my russian name Semyon) + uS (antique suffix).

I agree with the "wow" as others have expressed.. cant really add anymore really as I agree entirely with te comments by GH, Gazman & Cargo.... (except Gary should be less picky about spelling...... ) I had to laugh when I saw Serge in there too.... nice touch That last picture is extremely good.... colours are great aswell as drawing quality and content of the picture.

janglewolfIndeed they are! SamuSLike I already posted on ISFF, it's amazing! Lisa looks nice, rather serious, not "too hot" at all, despite her... clothes. She is well done, too - especially for an author who draws her so rarely. You're very talented, know that! And I just have no words about all those small details like trapped Kang (LOL!), Bender's face, Evil Plan or Total Fallout's cover on the floor. Please draw MORE! P.S. Heh heh, thanks for recognizing me guys Although I'm sure it's the ugliest part of the picture. Just think how weird it should be looking to Lisa, with all those differences in "styles" - starting from the skin color...

I hit myself over the head for never noticing this thread and the last pictures posted in it *hit* *hit* *punch* Samus, you're a wonderful artist, i wish i saw these sooner. Your Simpson work is nice, but these crossovers - pinups you've made are professional level to say the least. Amy is impressively well done of all, great mix of anatomy both human and alien, and i'm very happy to see finally a tribute to that great game that was Beyind Good and Evil Sytem administrator is my fav out of the non-tributer pics (or i can't just recognize the girl) because who wouldn't love to have a sysadmin like that? Again, sorry for mislooking this thread for so much time...!
