That reply from vanguard just shows one thing, that everybody else seems far more grown up and doesnt resort to cheap insults for absolutely NO REASON. You personal issues with another member are not welcome here. Most people are trying to help Serge through what seems like a bad time and you use it as an excuse to get a cheap insult in, shows how pathetic the small minded can be.
Anyway. Back to the subject at hand.
Serge. you have created not just a great forum here, but a awesome community too.
THe feeling against closing the forum temporarily just goes to show how much we do care. we are against closing the forum not against you and we respect you thinking of ideas to try and make the comminity better, just the closing one we think won't help.
I think the quietness is just an unfortunate set of things happening in peoples lives that happened at same time, meaning people couldnt be as active as they like to be. Me and my stressful job and illness, roger trying to find a new job, Rachel settling in at university and countless things with other people here.
The point that was originally made is that Serge thought people needed a break, but the last day or two has seen the return of a few people who did take time out. So maybe the couple days of no posts was our break but with the forum being up for anyone who needed it.

GLad i didnt see this when I came hom yesderday as I had quite a bit of alchohol and i problebly would of been loud too, and not string a sentance together to boot lol.
