Hmm....well, I'm pretty sure the episode is Marge vs the Monorail but I can't remember the character's name >_<

I just watched the episode again and the character's name is Sebastian Kobb. He helped Homer to stop the monorail.

Errr okay Embarrassed ^_^; I've thought of a question...which prob is rather bad since I've lost a lot of Simpson knowledge

Where does Grampa Simpson say he keep his ID cards?

(Please note I'm thinking back here to earlier episodes since I don't know the newer ones as well...)
