Um... not to butt in or anything, seeing as this an open conversation and all...

But 'Laughter is healthy.' isn't a figure of speech. In this context it happens to be a statement of opinion.

I believe Frank (Cargo) intended that "figure of speech" thing to be a dig on me due to the fact that I used the figure of speech "getting under your skin".
