Since it's already July 15th on my site, I want to post a warning. People (from both teams), please remember that although we don't have strict deadline yet, me and SamuS have decided that the contest ends about August 1st. That means you have only two weeks to draw your pictures. Please don't leave it for the last days, otherwise the contest will repeat the fate of our last LisaCon, when several good artists have joined but didn't post their pics.  |

D'oh! I'm going to try and finish my pic tomorrow... I was too nervous about the exam results and I couldn't find the will to draw something... And today I went to the beach... But tomorrow my day is free from morning to night, so, I can finish it  |

 ..sorry.... Main reason is I'm not sure which pic to do personaly cos I'm not sure which ones havn't been taken and can't find it in me to try and draw any ideas for pictures that have been taken by other artists already .. Also since I've been with Mat/Casper for the past err 20 days I havn't drawn as much as I'd have liked to or even any ideas yet, so, I'm sorry I will try to get round to it asap once I am back home which will be a weeks time from now.... |

The competition will be already over that time... but okay, there will be another contests in the future CargoOfDarknessIt wasn't bad, but I have feeling the our previous LisaCon (2007 one) was more interesting and successful than the current one... There were less works, but more of them were from grand artists we all know. Maybe people are tired of that competitions idea, maybe we chose the wrong time for it (next time it will be winter ). Maybe it's because of poor judgement. But I expected more from this one, I will be honest. And about the results - we still have to publish them, but it's already evident who's the winners. CCD!Of course new artists are appreciated, if you think you have free time and desire to help - welcome to the team!

SimpRealGood, and we all (the Simpsons team) count on you To make the situation a bit more transparent, SamuS and me has exchanged a bit of our teams' statuses, about how things are going on so far in both of them. Things seem to be alright, both teams have all chances to finish their pictures before the deadline. I'd even say that our team has a bit better chances... but we'll see. We are thinking about the judgement part of the contest now. Like SamuS said, he liked how the last LisaCon was judged (I believe he means the previous one, not the current one), and he'd like to ask some LTS members to be judges. So, if you want to join the jury, PM me. All you'll have to do is to post short reviews about each picture and grade it, trying to be as objective as possible.

I'd love to have more time to finish up with my pic, if thats no problem? My time is so limited nowdays and letting something unfiished wouldn't be fair for the contest nor the contestants. Please give us at least two weeks of extra time, Serge. |

OPUSRemember, I'm not the contest founder/maintainer, I'm only the captain of one of the teams. I cannot prolong deadlines, you have to ask SamuS about that. I can only say: try to finish your pic until August 1st, you still have one week left. It's not too little.
