After an ask from one member from my russian forum, I became curious about the subject. So far, I've seen only two official Simpsons books - "The Simpsons and Philosophy" and "Bart Simpson's Guide to Life". The latter one can be hardly considered a real book. Tongue The first one if very interesting though.

Do you know more? It would be great if you provided some links where I could download them (say, in PDF format). But even titles and short descriptions would be good too. Thanks.

Well, there are the official episode guides, a book about Springfield, a Simpsons photo album, and several books about popular characters (there's also a "Lisa Book", which I'm rather tempted to buy). There's also a German book called "Subversion zur Prime-Time", which is probably in the same line as "The Simpsons and Philosophy", it's an in-depth research about the cultural phenomenon, definitely worth to read. I don't know if it's available in other languages, though. Try Amazon.com and select only "Books" for a search for "Simpsons". Browsing the first few pages, there are at least twenty books or so that look more or less interesting. Unfortunately, I don't know any PDF downloads, though.

Too bad... but thanks for the short info. I'm interested only in English books though.
And one more thing - I more need real books, "text" books, not things like episode guides. I have that "Ultimate Simpsons" episode guide collection, but it's hardly can be called a long read. Smile The Simpsons and Philosophy is the perfect example of what I'm searching for, if you read it.

Andreas gave you a link: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_b/002-6001054-9979258?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=simpsons&x=0&y=0

Most (every?) books have a description on amazon.com. You could read that. And if you didn't mean that, you could try searching google for "simpsons books".

Thanks for the links people. I meant some specialized pages, not online shops, the descriptions there are always something that's "made for merchandise". Maybe on some Simpsons websites there is some information...

Always worth keeping an eye on ebay, have seen some gems on there in the past, and they probably would come around again. I got my immaculate Lisa in Wonderland comic on eBay.

Still trying to get hold of a plushie though, keep being outbid while I am at work heh heh.
