Nobody voted for Milhouse? *scratches head* Aw, poor little nerd. brakusaetsyaAgreed about Milhouse, but maybe you'll give one more change to Colin? We didn't see him much yet, and I had a different opinion about him after watching the Movie. What attracted me the most, is how caring and understanding he was with Lisa. A boy who's so gentle with the character you like, cannot be bad... unless it's an evil plan to gain Lisa's attention and trust, then do something unexpected to her. But in any case, I wouldn't claim him too boring.

Nobody voted for Milhouse? *scratches head* Aw, poor little nerd. So many votes for Colin, and only one vote for Milhouse. I have voted for him! brakusaetsya, I do not agree with your statement that Milhouse the total loser. And an episode in which his parents have ostensibly died confirms that he reasonably is independent. Milhouse with dignity has overcome difficulties and loneliness. And even Lisa has supported him. And as to Colin, he simply is not interesting to me. He is boring, in it I agree with you.

MilChaosYeah, but we probably won't see Milhouse like that ever again. Milhouse has been pushed around by Bart and other kids from Spingfield Elementary for long, it's kind of hard to think different of him. So I still think Milhouse is a loser. Colin might be a bit boring for Lisa, because they have so much in common. And they do say opposites attract. Maybe Milhouse still has a chance (although I prefer he doesn't)

Suusje Time will tell. Probably, shortly, we'll see Milhouse absolutely another, self-confident and courageous.

You know, this thread has made me feel even more sorry for Milhouse than usual... He is a nice guy, but he still needs to find his own way in the world and stop doing as others tell him all the time. A good example of this is in 'Radioactive Man' when he decides that he no longer wants to be playing Fallout Boy and runs away. If he stood up for himself a lot more I think that he would be a really good character. Lisa might even consider him to be a decent partner. We shall just have to wait and see what crazy plots Matt Groening has planned for us...

It is true... In an episode of the season 19 of The Simpsons, Milhouse loses his parents... Because of this he Started to change their attitude and Lisa is apparently interested in him...

Umm... unless I missed something, Milhouse's parents are still alive. Are we talking about a Treehouse of Horror episode here? If so, that changes things.

GeorgeHarrisonIn that episode... ...Milhouse's parents take a trip on a cruise ship, but for some reason I can't remember anymore they fall off the ship and are assumed dead, because their bodies can't be found. At the end of the episode his parents find they're way back to Springfield. Little Orphan Millie

I will speak with all sincerity ... The personality of Milhouse is not adequate ... this guy always tries to take advantage of the situation and appearances ... Colin is not the right person is very perfect (a bit false), and Lisa needs a person to send and Receive love ... I prefer Ralph (or "Rafa" in spanish) (from the first season, when he was more intelligent) Ralph is a guy very innocent and ready to surrender their hearts... maybe the perfect lover to her... a good guy.... (or me.. but i live in other world.. bad luck ) well in a word : Ralph...

GustavoThe personality of Milhouse is not adequate ... this guy always tries to take advantage of the situation and appearances ... Can't agree more. Colin is not the right person is very perfect (a bit false) Why? Colin seemed to be honest with Lisa in the Movie. Unless you meant that his character wasn't developed enough in the Movie... but it still was, to some degree, and Lisa liked him (and I did, too (not what you think )). Of course old Ralph, Ralph from the older seasons, would fit Lisa much better than current one. But I'm not sure he would be the perfect candidate. What if he grows up into another Wiggum? Sarah doesn't look very happy in her marriage to me.

I don't know if I've even posted here yet, but I'll give my two cents.
Milhouse is just a plain loser. They wrote him to be that way, and so whatever he does, he will inevitably fail at. He's a sexually confused, socially unaccepted, lovestruck fool who worships Lisa's every step. There are hardly any redeeming qualities about him, usually we only see the worst part of Milhouse. And of course let us not forget in the episode "Future-Drama", in which we see a possible future for Lisa with Milhouse. It's not pretty.
Colin seems to be the perfect match for Lisa, but I'm a bit biased against him due to his first appearance in the movie (which, over time, I have grown to dislike more and more), and the fact that his character is the exact opposite of Milhouse. Milhouse is constantly trying and failing to catch Lisa's eye, while Colin doesn't have to try at all, and Lisa falls for him instantly. Milhouse epitomizes everything Lisa doesn't want, while Colin looks like the perfect soulmate to Lisa. They wrote his character to be like that, and so whatever Lisa wants, he'll of course have. A love of the environment, laughably prodigious musical talent for such a young boy, etc...
In my opinion, they really should create a character with flaws to have someone like Lisa fall for. When they create someone for her like Colin, who appears to be flawless, it just gets boring. Because of course Mr. Do-Right will always be there and on top of everything, always there on his white stallion to save the day, perfect in every single way.
Ralph might have once been a good choice for Lisa, but they really destroyed his character. Plus it would have never been like something meaningful, instead it would always be Lisa caring for and looking after Ralph, due to his... slow mental progression.
I'm going to refrain from voting at all, because in my opinion, there exists no character at this point in time who could ever be the "right person" for Lisa.

despises a man with good feelings ?.... Wiggun is a good man .. (A bit stupid) but a good man ... Not perfect in the world ... And is very important understand the feelings of all .... This is a defect of Lisa .... She should also understand the importance of everyone, not forgetting the importance of the people who loved... and yeah... you are right GeorgeHarrison "there exists no character at this point in time who could ever be the "right person" for Lisa" (by the moment)

I didnt vote. I dont think Lisa will ever be able to find the perfect person, one perfect person is more than enough for this planet, and sadly, she was born with said gift. *sighs*

Beautiful sentence, and very symbolic too.
