Take it from an automotive expert - don't. The new Jeep Liberty is supposed to be a royal POS inside and out. I don't yet have an opinion of my own, as I have yet to examine one. However, I have examined its little brothers, the Compass and Patriot, so I know how low this thing can go. However, I have read some reviews, and they are not so good.

Wow, you nailed it. You sound like an automotive journalist there. But I think you nailed it perfectly. Chrysler wanted to make an American Land Rover Discovery - and failed miserably.

I say i would buy one, but uses this as a figure of speech... lol

I do not like american cars personally and definately wouldnt buy a 4x4, i do not see the slightest point in someone who drives on a flat road to work and back.... anyway i love my JubJub.... (Mazda 626 GXi 16v - Numberplate ends in JUB so named it Jubjub or Jubly). It may be a bit old but it drives liek a dream and has only had minor issues so far.
