SykeThis picture of something original, never saw something similar before. Nice to see such a complex work, the scene is chosen great, what to say It's odd to see your living in such a furniture, I mean those feather-pen, candlestick and dagger. Your colouring is warm and very preposessing, I just want to say you not to throw it away. There's a slight problems with their hands, both of you and Lisa, but it's not the main point for me. What I like more of other - is a contrast between those rooms, a dark and depressive one of you and bright and warm Lisa's. Her hair and face is magnificent, as always Thanks! (firstly I was misinformed that you are lefthanded too As for the collective picture of the forum - I only say Yes. That would be funny to see it someday )

That picture is made of in and gold. It's not very often I spontaniously laugh out loud at fanart, but all the little details in the left hand picture, combined with the overall contrast in lighting of the two, just works so very very well

This is pretty much a reply to all the pictures of Lisa from her christmas production of Santas from around the world, and most based them on the fact that she doesnt wear any pants, so I have compiled this, which is a backstage picture of her from doing the play, however, a little older, as if she had re-done it, as it did look pretty cool. So ths is my attempt, alot of things I dont like about this, but I wont focus on bad points, as I am optimistic, or at least I hope I am.... Ahhhhh, you see what I did there ^^

I love all your pictures Syke, and i'm sorry i never did a through commentary.... the fact that you draw at a very fast rate makes also difficult for me to keep track of all i have to say. But this pic, i can honestly say it is my favourite. Not only becauseof the usually good coloring, shading and very distinctive style, but even for a perfectly modeled adult Lisa (she doesn't suffer anymore from the big hips/pregnant look syndrome ), she looks gorgeous here. Her smile is addictive and captivating, and the background and foreground are very nicely detailed. Very neat class touch with the adding of smoke, and the banner and mask are also very real looking. Kudos Syke, your style and skill makes you one of the most interesting fanartist to have appeared since a long time. I hope you'll stick around for as much, too

From now 'till the end of LTS. That scene will remain in history as the scene where Lisa had no pants. I really do like this picture, as with all your pictures the colours are nice and soft, very welcoming. The technical aspects are good too, Lisa is in your trademark style which I'm begining to grow fond of. I'm not overly thrilled about the plot line, but ignoring that, the picture on its own is nice and artistic. I'm very jelous of the pose you drew her in, she's very much on model body wise. I think her neck is a little thin but thats more down to your style than anything. Still, if your a perfectionist, might want to widen it a bit. But above all; Her socks are cute.

Ahh, the infamous no panties scene... I guess I commented even more rarely on your art as Marco, but I can only join in that this is a great pic indeed. You do have a very unique style of drawing her, which adds another interest to your works. But your ability to create such a smooth coloring with all those shadows, highlights, blur, fog and vibrant colors is what impresses me most. Great work!

Ha! Dammit, every time you post a picture I end up having to say something to the effect of "the best so far!!1!". And this one's no exception. You're making me look very inconsistent Anyway, easily my favourite so . I agree with marco, the proportions are looking closer to those in the show (though still with your own twist), and all the background objects are very professionally rendered. Her expression is cool too - again, you have a most envy-inducing ability to break the "rules" but still come out with something very characterful and instantly recognisable. All in al, awsome

Hey, that is so far one of the best Lisa pictures you did. Like your stil, not my absolut favorite, but I like it a lot. The skull is on of the best things in the picture. But so far, I love pictures recycling the old Simpsons episodes. There should be more of those pictures. Maybe a "Lisas Sub" or "Simpsons Call" picture. ^^
Keep on!

Oh by the way, there *is* something i'd change a little in the pic, maybe i didn't notice it before cause i was on an LCD screen. Anyway it might be a personal preference, here goes: Imho Lisa's skin color should be less pure yellow and more "orange"ish, just a tiny bit of red added in the RGB component. Imho makes her skin color look more natural, it goes well with her more realistic shapes. That's all. Again, great pic!

SykeWow, wow, wow, this is so great. Pure colors, emotional scene - I like! Also love her socks you know, I'm starting to really admire your style. Lisa looks unusual, yes, but this style suits her surprisingly well when she's grownup. Dunno how to explain this, but I look forward for more pictures in this style. The idea of the picture is also nice, I'd say better than in that episode. Love to see Lisa smiling like this. And... did I mention her socks? AndreasAhh, the infamous no panties scene... Argle, it was never proved! Stop making little Lisa blush (and me, too)

(I'm sorry I haven't commented in here until now. )First of all, Syke, I love your art style and coloring! Your art style is a mix of street and cartoon-y. (which I don't think I've ever seen before) I so need to add you to my dA. My favorite is probably the Pen Pals, and the Lisa on the couch. Your coloring is very hmm... painty and rough, grungy, that's why I love it so much. Looking forward to more art!

I'm new around this corner of the Intranets, but WOW Syke, I've been checking out your pics in this thread and they're amazing! I just had to sign up to shower you with mindless praise. I think your teenage Lisa rendition is the best out there. Your style is so rich and deep, and it looks like your skills are getting even better with time... So I will be checking this forum for more of your work! Keep on truckin'!
