thanks for the comments.... i have modified some of the armour a bit as without some changes things didnt look right. And in some cases looked over complex, used a bit of artistic licence to move things around a bit, add or take things away.

Maggie is not wearing any type of armour from the game, just her normal attire, but a bit modified the final picture may explain.

Lisa, yeah i am making a couple of changes, it is not that the neck is too long but the shape i made the top of the armour to fit with the character, think of it as more low cut, I am going to change the top of the armour as it does give the impression of the neck being long.

Marge, agin I am going to colour that first and see how it coms out, weather it makes a change to the perception, can always redo if needed. I agree the clothing on marge looks flat, i shal probably tweak that, although to be honest Lisa looked a bit flat until I added in all the shading and shadowing.

Homer, He is in that pose for a reason, the coloured version will show why he looking dazed and uncomfortable. I tried Homer as a warrior but couldnt get him looking right, i looked at the priest armor and did a quick mockup and i found I was happierwith the look. Yes I have put Homer on a diet, again didnt look right when fat. The final coloured version shows why I chose it, Homer's lack of thought and forward thinking will show him mis-playing that class!

The characters are not generall based on simpsons models. As stated before I am mixing the Simpsons style of drawing with the Warcrft art style, so the bodies are a mixture of both styles.

OK finally got some time to go back to the Simpsons warcraft picture. As suggested I will reveal each character one by one.

Today is Bart's turn.



Bart in his hunter attire, came out better than i was aiming for to be honest.

Also due to some suggestions I have played around with Lisa's picture a bit. Especially the neckline which made it look like a longer neck!

I agree wit hall others in that the colorings are looking fabulous as of now! And the whole picture is sure full of great details.

About lisa's smile as capadde said: i don't think the problem lies much in the overbite, which is ok drawn like that even if in earlier season the curve was inwards and the "tip" more sharp. I think it's more because of the fact that her smile reaches to oclose to her ear.. maybe it should be shorter and less "curve" so the cheeck line is somewere under her right eye.

But it's just real nitpick this one, keep on coloring as thiss will be a masterpiece worthy of a desktop wallpaper
