This shouldn't be too hard. English of course, Italian (at least its basics)... does anyone know more?

I think, she understands quite well structure of languages in general, and with her logic she can partially understand even unknown languages, if they're any similar words in them, and easily learn new facts and words.
I remember, how she received table of german verbs by mail, so she tried to study it. Also, she spoke brilliant swedish, but it was in THOH, when Frink received his Noble Prize, so, I suppose it doesn't count. And I think she knows latin a little - at least some terms.

Chinese, also, I think I read somewhere that she picked it up by listening to Yao Ming. Although I'm not sure how much of a language you can learn by just listening to someone...
