This is quite true. I don't know whether or not Lisa is a good example of this, there are times when she seems very emotionally mature and other times when she seems not so. I suppose that's just the writers altering her character to fit the episode. Anyway, you have a good point here in the sense that some people who are very smart may not understand feelings the way that some people do, even if those people are not as smart, and so on and so forth blah blah...
