I love the second pic especially, it's so charming, cute and mind-provoking at the same time. I also like how you "altered" her hair and dress spikes a bit. Smile The whole scene looks so deep and realistic - Lisa sure knows where to look at the sun from. Lisa Aw, if only this picture was colored!.. dreams, dreams Smile well, it's charming as it is. I love it, really. Great work.

Everyone else has already said it, so rather than cut and paste their comments I'll jsut addmy voice to those praising the second picture. You've really improved a lot as of late (though I agree the smile looks a bit awkward...still it's an awkward angle to do expressions from) Smile.

Hey, "TheMajestyOftheNightsky"-picture is really amazing. I love the whole atmosphere here. If you just could color it (maybe via PC) this whould look even better. And still it is so astunnishing. Especially Lisa is in a good position, she is not the center of the picture, but still represents the night and all her wonders.

This sunset picture is as brilliant as the starnight. I love it when someone has really good backround and enviroment skills. I feel so drilled, I feel challenged!  Lisa You have really talent and know how much I admire your art.

Thanks a lot to all you guys, i'm very glad you like it.

Now two more pics. First one is another my paying tribute to creative works of a great group Emperor. This is a parody to their first EP and called Emperor ('93).

Second one - is a simply joke. How would look Bart like if he have some relations with a ragtag? Smile

Thanks!

I've drawn another pic with Lisa. I hope you understand it in proper sense. Maybe it's an illustaration to my short fic, or maybe not. No matter. The point is that she again so beautiful and womanly, as it could be for a person, and which she was through her whole life from the class deck to her present occasion. Probably Miss President. Lisa
And that was a hard day for her.

As always, incredible, unique shading! Window, night sky, moving curtains, that houses with lights - details are brilliant!

Something wrong with Lisa's nose. Or maybe not, but it seems strange to me, i think it should be bigger and more bottom-positioned. And I can't associate this picture with you fanfic, sorry. She's too young and not so bored here, can't believe this was a hard day. I think, it looks like her college-time, like in that picture, where Lisa, Bart  and Maggie stood near great car and Lisa lived with Ralph. Some parts of her body look as elder person's, but her face doesn't.

And she looks dreamy and happy here, I like it! Her eyes full of hope and some unknown plans. Maybe it's not what you expected, but that's how I see her.

That's a great picture Smile Very well done, the shading and all is perfect. My only nitpick is that... erm... there's something a bit odd looking about her breasts. As if they are a bit too enunciated, or sag too much? I don't know Eek

Look at that hand, lying there
The room is dark, she shows no fear
I'm lying still, my eyes are wide
My heart is pumping, I'm still alive

I'm still awake against my will
What will it ever take
To still this burning in me?

I need to catch up, sorry Yggdrasill. Backed up from the 12th of this month.

A Tribute to Emperor
Just... wow. I guess. Tongue
I'm not even gunna tell you that the pencil shading is the dogs bee's wax. Its absolutly amazing for every picture!
I particularly like the effect on the blade. Simple but effective. The skeleton hands are very spooky, the expression is determind and aggressive. I like it a lot! Love the cloud effects too, just a portion of art on a page that everyone can admire. Well done!

Bart - Rogue
Hehe! Big Grin Me likes!
The fingers are the highlight for me, the realistic motion of smoking a cigarette. The body gesture, and face expression are in parrallel, a feat in art that is very easy to be over looked. Especialy with a comical picture such as this. Nobody really slouches like that, its a steriotype which has been replicated very well.
Another little thing I like, is the sign on the gate. Despite it being written in a language I will never understand fully, understand what it means. 'Warning! Beware of Dog!' or something to that effect. Big Grin
Anyway, gotta love it Gigi

Oh Belle Lisa
That is very very good. To me it looks like a life portrait, an artist whom has drawn her as she lays on the bed. Why they didnt just take a photo, I dont know Wink but the drawing is amazing.
I simply cant sum up constructive critisizm. Any critisizm from me would destroy this beautiful picture. The only thing I can say is the blazer (clothing item on the bed) looks a bit too 3-dimensional, and doesnt look like its flat folded on the bed.
I love the way the curtains blow in the wind, the effect of cloth is great. The buildings in the background, just everything. I cant complain at all.
Great picture. Smile

How many pencils do you use up, man?  Eek Enough lead on these peices of paper to build a ship!

Ooh... the last picture is very interesting. I agree with Bra about her face and her body, they a bit mismatch each other - but that can be easily fixed imho, the same way the show artists did that with Marge and Homer in the "Lisa's Wedding" episode. I mean wrinkles under their eyes Smile they don't make the character look any worse, but add some visual age. That might work here, too.

The background is brilliant, like on your other pictures. Smile I like the idea for its originality.
Very well-done drawing. But I'm afraid Lisa always will be eight year old to me Lisa

Another impressive picture! Eek I like the whole atmosphere in the pic and you certainly did an awesome work on the shading. Lisa looks on model for the most part, but her nose is sitting a bit to high on her face and her head seems kind of huge. The rest of the pic is awesome, though! Wink

Solving the Equation

although i agree with the others that her body clashes a bit with her face, i think the particularity of the pic is not the fact that her body looks "weird": but it is because we're not used to this kinf of realistic drawing style. Yggdrasil, if it wasn't for the Simpsony head, i could see this picture in a "how to draw human figure" tutorial book! Smile

The body is drawn perfectly because it is womanly without sticking to the stereotypes of the genre, and the shading is so masterfully done, it emphasizes every shape and every line. Your attention to detail is nothing short of astonishing (the discarded clothes on the bed - WOW! ), the atmosphere of the picture is cozy, warm, homely, Lisa looks like she's either posing or just enjoying some time of relax, her pose is natural looking. This is a wonderful pic that pays a bit the fact that it's maybe *too good* for being a Simpsons picture. It's really the only thing i can criticize about it: as long as i love seeing Lisa in every possible way, this is maybe too realistic looking for her cartoon universe.

Still, my good man, you're an impressive sketcher. I am very proud to be able to see your art. Waitng for the next one with glee Smile

I apologize for not replying sooner but,...wow!,...you really have a great skill in using pencil shading, and it shows.  Your artwork is just, completely astounding Smile *applauds*  and the detail, gives a sense of realism to it, making it seem more than just a cartoon.

Such as the folds in the clothing and material,
The poses,
The shininess on Burn's amour Tongue
Heck, it's all superb!

Well done Smile
