Well, actually, it goes like this in the German version: "Und Sie, Sir, sind ein Affenarsch! Affenarsch, Affenarsch, Affenarsch!" "Affenarsch" is even stronger than the English expression, if you ask me.

Well, my German isn't good but I'll take a guess that it's Lisa's babboon outburst from "Lisa's Substitute"?

HOMER: Bonjour, mon nom est M Burns. Je pense que vous avez une lettre pour moi.
ENVOYER L'HOMME : Bien, quel est votre premier nom ?
HOMER : [LA PAUSE] Je ne sais pas.

Is it from the "Blood Feud"? When Homer was at the post office and tried to pretend he's Burns, but didn't know his first name. The dialogue looks very much similar (at least emotional-wise).

Here's one from me (hopefully it will display properly). There are no names to make it a bit harder. - Сколько дорог нужно пройти, чтобы стать человеком... - Семь! - Папа, это риторический вопрос. - Риторический? Тогда восемь.

OK, half an hour with a Russian/English dictionary and a Google search later (I got the rough translation but I couldn't remember where the quote was from so I cheated a bit...) and I reckon I've got it...it's from "Mother Simpson"
Homer's Mom (singing Dylan): "How many roads must a man walk down, before you can call him a man..." Homer: Seven! Lisa: Dad, it's a rhetorical question... Homer: Rhetorical? In that case, eight!
or similar... Phew!
