How about finishing it?  That is exactly what I am going to do - it is going to look much better! ^^ Besides this, I am working on something on double size paper (painting size), non-Simpsons, something from my novel 'Belial', took me 10 hours and I am only done with the outlines. If anyone is interisted...  My personal to draw list:

OPUS, I've shown your last drawing to many people, some loved it, some admitted that it makes them feel uneasy, because Lisa (or Maggie) looks very young, despite her attributes of a grownup person. Not sure who is right, to me she looks like a perfect mermaid teenager Maybe because of her head (it's a bit big compared to her body) and her bulgy eyes. But still, it's a great picture, I liked it a lot. Keep drawing! |

To be honest I never saw the point of those Simpsons drawing books myself. I just traced over the comics when I first started. Eventually I learned how to draw freestyle.

Some epiodes I can sit through with out shoving a fist through my TV. But I dont think I could sit through a marathon of Family Guy. I would describe Family Guy as The Simpsons On LSD. The theme song is annoying as fuck too.

Vanguard20 I'd ask you to post your pictures as attachments next time, DeviantArt works slowly sometimes... I don't like bashing fanart, but Gary has a point. This is either your first pictures, or you didn't even try to make them look nice. In any case, you need some practice if you want people to like your art... my first sketches weren't any better, although I will never show them to anyone  Learn the construction method. Read the "Cartooning with the Simpsons" book. Try some grabpiccing first... good luck! I'm not talking to you. You get me into trouble. |
