Lisa, the Simpson!

OK I was reading an article and came across an interesting fact. This links a person to another in some via a chain. So here is a little quiz

What are the links between Lisa Simpson and Steve Jobs CEO of Apple? How are they related!

I...think I understand what you're describing. Though I have no clue how to connect Lisa to Steve Jobs without being exceedingly lazy. :p

I see two links for the moment:
- One of the first computer builded by Apple was called Lisa :gigi:
- And for the link with Lisa Simpson ;), it's maybe because Steve Jobs is a vegetarian (according to http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs (in french) and http://arts.guardian.co.uk/features/story/0,11710,1241745,00.html (in english)).

I should of put the Apple Lisa in as a trick question LOL. Good guesses but not the chain of links I was looking for. ;)

Okay, I have maybe one other link.

Steve Jobs biological parents have one daughter (Steve's little sister) named Mona. Her husband Richard Appel is a writer on the Simpsons show (here is the link in my opinion). According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mona_Simpson), Appel used his wife's name for the name of Homer's mother (Lisa's grandmother).

It's not really a link between Lisa and Steve Jobs but it's a link between The Simpsons Family and Steve Jobs.

In fact with your little game, I learn a lot of things about Steve Jobs... For example, I didn't know that he was adopted or that he is a vegetarian.
I'm trying to think about another chain between a character and real life people but it's a little bit hard to find. :rolleyes:

Oh totally missed that one, but I also thought about the vegetarian thing. Jobs even was a frutarian for a while! (That's why the company's name is Apple, interesting story there). Sorry, no other links that I know rhigt now.

Lisa is not similar at Steve Jobs, this guy have a lot of money a big company and bad taste in the computers, (by the use of UNIX and linux in MAC OSX) ,  Lisa very similar at "Stephen Wozniak" (old friend of steve) ,Wozniack is a philanthropist, and a guy with a gold spirit... as lisa

We were talking about factual links, not similarities. I could start an argument about Apple's computer design and system architecture right now but I won't.
Can you say where you read aout Wozniak? I don't know so much about him...

It is true "Wozza" was the brains behind Apple, he designed the early products while steve was the businessman of apple.

He is a great man, a lot of charitable donations and even though he still is on Apple's payrol he never asks for freebies, and waits in the lines at product launches.
