Lisa, the Simpson!

Even though I am busy and have been writing more on my story, I have been getting a bit of writer's block, so I would like to offer up my services to do a short story for anyone who would like one. The stories would be no longer than about 1000 words or so.

All i would need is a general outline and a few other details.
I know that it is a bit unorthodox to commision a story, but hey it might help me break a bit of my block.

I know this feeling :) and yeah, it might work. Sometimes it's easier to create for someone else than for yourself.
Honestly, I have a small request. But it's kinda stupid, so I will wait several days before asking, OK? :) If no-one else will ask you up to that time, I'll post my request so you won't be overworked too much.

well I am so bored right now that I really need this. I have been stuck to Cleaning my house and playing games on my computer. I have been downgraded at work and am bored, so I get dibs if i can take it.  ;)

But, as I said, if you're working on something, I'll always be ready.

I'm interested to know how you write (I haven't read anything by you before), so I'll think of something. ;)

I wrote a short story named "Wings" some time ago, and although the translation to English isn't good, I like it anyway, mainly because I'm still obsessed with the idea so much. :/ There is a moment in the story, when Simpsons family moved to another place, trying to hide Lisa in her new appearance from people. It was a nearly abandoned town outside the city where they have rented a house that looked similar to their current one. No-one lived nearby, so Lisa had about a month to get used to her gift and to learn to fly before bad guys found her. The following events aren't too interesting for me now, but I still regret I haven't described these peaceful times better, and I haven't got any strength to adjust the story afterwards. :( That's my request - a little block (even half of a page would be great!) fitting the story that describes Lisa's "wild life" after her first successful attempts to fly. I hope it sounds alright... and if it's okay for you, feel free to ask for any details. And thanks in advance; sometimes I dream about reading such a thing. But please, no angst... because all needed angst is already in the story imho.

Aw, please? Can I write something for this? I really want to take that fic request!

so basically you want her to have some just plain fun with her new gift. Alright, it will take a bit of time, i am a bit busy. AP feel free to do your own version of this. Lets see what each of us comes up with. one other question, do you mind if i use some music in it to enhance the feel of the story?

Of course I don't mind, but please remember that I still have dial-up and most probably will download your story without music attached to it. :p

Yes I do know. What I meant was lyrics or something similar to that in the story, with a file that can be downloaded from somplace. I know that it would take almost an hour or more to try and download a single song, so dont worry about that.

I personally think that the song "Superman" [By Five For Fighting] would suit ANY winged Lisa story.

well I am withholding any info as far as a song, but i am a bit unsure about your song. though the lyrics do convey a bit of the imagery of a wing lisa pic/fic, but it seems a bit too much set for a superman kind of thing. Remember, lisa can't stop trains or lift planes. ;)

Uh, dude, THOH X? :D But, in normal cases, you're right. But the song does not mention anything about that. Only 2 lines in the last verse does it have something off, but I can see how that would ruin the whole song, yes?

yeah that was what i meant. :) Sometimes a single word can throw off a whole song, even those that are not considered to be swear words.
