I dont see any of those Lisa moments as particularly great. Embarrassing is probably a more fitting word for some of them.

I'm not even going to reply to this thread -.-' Seems useless, since this guy has no life and makes a website like that.

Uh-huh... if this isn't mockery, which I assume it isn't since it surely took you some time to throw that together, I wonder if you actually expected a warm reception? x_x Get over yourself and grow up. =/

Too late. ^_^

Oh and by the way:

Question: Why don't you update this website much?
Answer: I have a life.
So people who design and develop websites don't have a life?

Despite the fact that several hundreds of people, myself included make a living designing, developing and maintaining websites.

That kind of attitude towards web development makes me sick.

Agreed, but it's not really much of a site, he probably means he doesn't really spend much time taking these... pictures. x_x

XD but just the fact that he's got a FAQ is laughable, I can't imagine anyone contacting him about such things (let alone frequently XD)
Question: A link doesn't work/There's an image you didn't include/etc.

Question: A link doesn't work/There's an image you didn't include/etc.
Answer: That's not a question, professor. But use my guestbook to notify me of such things.
That's also kinda weird isn't it? x_X He's the one who claimed it's a question, no one else. :p

D'oh! :homer:

Yeah, it's weird... What kind of person puts a FAQ on a website with questions he asked to himself?...

lulz You guys are judgement idiots. If you noticed all I do is put the images on the site; the members are WWOEC have been supplying the images. Those were questions that have actually been asked, in a thread on WWOEC at one time.

Yes you personally actually have no life.

And you have a life?...
Doing what? Surfing the net, until you find pictures of Lisa in upskirts (you have a few pictures like that!) so you and you pervert little friends can drool over? Get a life, seriously, before I use something to lure you into an abandoned theater and blow it up.

(And I wrote this without the use of swears! :D Personal record! :D *takes a photo and hangs it on the wall*

Ah, life is good! :D)

I'm with El_Barto here. Because in actual fact, it is you who has no life, considering that by the looks of things, all you do is look at pictures of cartoon characters upskirts on the internet, which is rather perverted, while I make an actual living, putting money into my pocket instead.

Overall, just because you design, develop and maintain websites, does not mean you have no life. Actually, I'd say it's the entire opposite. There's more to life than going down the local boozer and downing a few.

Yes but when it's websites about Maggie Simpson with crappily-drawn fanart, then you have a problem.

websites about Maggie Simpson with crappily-drawn fanart

Sorry for interrupting. But since i made some of the contents on TCB  :maggie: i would ask you to elaborate a bit, if it is some of my work you think is crappily-drawn.
You are perfectly entitled to your point of view, if you don’t like them. But I can not improve my work unless you tell me what it is you don’t like. Constructive criticism please.

Clearly this guy is just an attention starved pervert... posting things like that and expecting a warm reception oversteps the boundaries of common human stupidity and moves into the lands of mental retardation. I'm sure the reaction he's getting is pleasing to him - people are actually acknowledging his existence.

The FAQ made me laugh though, so this unfortunate chap did provide me with a moment's entertainment.

he's gone... hope he'll think about the site one more time...
I agree with Gary, Miles and Leif, you just have to know how to make the site...

Absolutely pointless site...... cant really add to what everyone else has said...... and he critisises peoples sites on here........ LEAST those who contributed to the site and the person who took time to draw these pics & to design and plan the site instead of just gathereing a few widely availiable caps and scans together and then making one of the worst looking sites I have seen in a long time!

::end rant::

Moving on..... ;)

Crappily-drawn fanart? I'm waiting to see you try and do better....

Still waiting...

That's what I thought.

I'll be pretty dead before I can see the day where you draw better fanart.

Indeed. Let's all move on. -.-'

... ack!

Yeah, if I get suspended from college for clicking that link... then I get suspended from college. D'oh!

I will add in responce to;
Yes but when it's websites about Maggie Simpson with crappily-drawn fanart, then you have a problem.
I agree with the general motion that the art is NOT crappily drawn.

And I'm looking forward to starting a course in website developement (and flash animation), woo woo! :)

Flash? Yargh! Nobody needs Flash! If you're good in HTML you can do very good sites that even work on the iPhone... woo woo woo woo! :) :)
And btt I also think that the TCB and LTBQ fanart is not crappily drawn...

Flash is actually handy sometimes, I use Flash for all of my artwork now (ever since February 2006). So knowing Flash is still a good thing to know.

I didn't mean that, actually I parodied Steve Jobs. I just wanted to wait for an answer like this one before explaining it. Of course Flash can be very useful, but you should know how to use it. For example you shouldn't do overload, overanimated websites with flash... but even if you don't, there's always an alternative.

It's a bit sad to see OB in the list of contributors of such "website". :(
The guy loved Lisa to the tiny bits once, if he participated in this, he could at least help making it look a bit better... if that's possible...
The content is weird. I have a fetish concerning Lisa too (wings :)), but this one humiliates her IMHO...

I doubt OB really had anything to do with it. And if he did, he probably didnt intend it to be for such a crude cause.

Either that or I just never knew him very well...

I only noticed now you mentioned it. That is a loot of contributors for such a small amount of contens.
And Dagdamor, most of us probably have our “thing” for some of the characters in The Simpsons. Some might say I have one too. But this website is so solely focused on one thing it is embarrassing.

*shakes head sadly*

People who abuse others' hard work and yet contribute so little to society make me want to invest in a rifle and sophisticated tracking system.
Good to know he took it down, based on descriptions it was a plague on the intrawebs.
Sidenote: Who's OB?

OB (Orange Box) is the guy who was drawing beautiful Lisa pictures once, but then decided to turn into different kind of art...
I still hope that someday, he changes his mind and decides to return to his origins.
http://wings.simps.ru/images/minigallery/FirstAttempt.jpg - here is an example of his good ol' pics. :)

Regarding the topic, I doubt that guy (tlwhes?) decided to turn the site down. Why, it was a GrEaT homepage of a boy with perfect life and pretty girlfriend and whatever else he posted there ;) much more probably, the hosting company has turned the site down due to questionable content, or the site wasn't updating for a long time and was considered abandoned.

Wow, that's amazing work... saddening about his change of temperament, if I'm interpreting the content of the site in question correctly.
A very talented artist. :(

The picture was inspired by your story, Serge, right? It's a great picture, I think he should have kept on drawing.
