Lisa, the Simpson!

Okay, here's the fic in progress from the Weird Concept Topic.

It is still a major work in progress. So far it's up to the point where Bart and Lisa leave town.

I want to point out that even though Homer and Marge are dead, I want them to still be major characters in the story. So, we do cut away to them in heaven looking down on the kids. (Well, Marge at least :P)

And for the first time since The Simpson Twins, it is written in Prose.

Okay, so far it's going on smoothly, although there is almost no descriptions, only dialogs (especially in the second half of the story, the beginning is alright). Liked the way you involved Burns and Smithers. Keep on writing.

Heh. I used CE D'oh as a starter and the opening fell into place. I do plan on having the Turkish text translated and the airport they go to made accurate (at the moment its just A aiport in Istanbul.)

The second part of the fic is entirely descriptive with convesations only being between Homer and Marge. I also kept what Bart and Maggie's lives unexplored as much as possible so we focus mostly on Lisa as I have something in mind to reintroduce Bart and Maggie to the story.

I've read this part yesterday. But when I ended reading, I had to go to bed so I could'nt make a review about this first part. So, basically, the story so far is good. I like because it leaves you waiting for more and more. Like Dag said, thanks for not killing Homer and Marge in front of the kids. I'm waiting for more :D And I also liked the fact you gave the opportunity for Homer and Marge to be present in the story, although they're in heaven.

Okay, here's parts 2 and 3. There's bound to be a few plot holes or areas that will need adjusting. Let me know and I'll get them fixed. :P

It's good... I just think you fast forwarded through time very quickly O_O Overall, I think it's good, especially the part where they meet Maggie again :D With that said, I'm waiting for Part Four :D

Perhaps. But it could easily have been faster. Cut straight away 20 years into the future, but rather, I decided to go a little slower with a 4, 8, 4, 4 pass between each, and slowly write Bart and Maggie out only for them both to come back. It was tricky to line up the three kids to each other as I wanted them to do certain things at certain times and it can get a little messy.

I did have something else in mind at the beginning but I changed it a little. ;)

I've attached the Metal Gear title to the fic to make it a half crossover with Metal Gear Solid.

Part 4 is complete.

Part 4, for me, is the coolest one. Because you know... has guns, a lot more action, everything.
I like the crossover with Metal Gear. I just want to know who's the british person at the end of part 4... Oops, I'm saying too much... Umm... Forget what I said :D
Part 4 = Great :D

Well, if you played any of the Metal Gear Solid games, then you'd get it automatically. :P

For all of the guns I am being accurate and they all exist in real life. :P

Part 5 is complete ish. More might go in and relocate the opening of Part 6.
