Title: Simpsons Fantasy Soundtrack Post by: Gazmanafc on January 09, 2008, 22:52 As you know, I've been planning for a long time to make a Simpsons-Final Fantasy crossover video game, Simpsons Fantasy. But I cant do it alone, so I've decided to stop with the project, since drawing the sprites is too much.
However, I did finish a script (http://babysimpson.co.uk/index.php?action=simpfant) It was intended for online only, so I dont have a flat file version. To supliment that, I had a soundtrack in mind while I was writing it. I have gathered the tracks in MP3 format and uploaded the soundtrack. http://babysimpson.co.uk/staff/gary/simpfant Each of the Family Members has their own theme which comes from The Simpsons Movie except Maggie who is the odd one out as she as a Final Fantasy Theme (Rikku) since I wanted something upbeat for her. All the Final Fantasy locations have the correct music to where they are in their original game. The tracks should help provide a good inkling to the emotion in the specific scene while reading the script. Regards Gary M. Downloaded several songs. Want to get a complete collection, but that in time. Nice assembly. Too bad the game project seems to be stopped - but yeah, doing everything alone is too much, no matter how interesting the project is. Maybe in the future the media-making technologies will become even easier, like it already happened in the past, so you'll be able to make that game. ;) |
